When Feeling Down, Plan Another Exchange
I've been feeling a bit down lately: I've been distancing myself from my classmates and friends, overeating, under-eating, running around participating in student politics, barely keeping up with my studies, and my room has seen better days - the chlotes are (as my dad says, just before I snap at him to give me some rest) crumpled into a big pile of pasta. And on top of all that, I have come down with a cold that has left me unable to run. As it turned out, running was the last thing that kept me sane: after only three days of not being able to exercise, I watched a sad Polish film about the love between a woman with cancer and a guy who wants to kill himself, cried and downloaded dating apps again. Plot twist: not even that went to plan! Tinder has been shadowbanning me for a while now and I can't even delete the account, so I had to use Bumble (and found out I like it better, but let me complain).
